Four “Friday Night Fights” were held this year at Griffins Boxing and Fitness! We are humbled by the generosity of the boxing community and are so very grateful to Dave & Griffins Boxing for all their support of our team.

Congratulations to all the winners of the Friday Night Fights 50/50 raffles!

The first "Friday Night Fights" of 2023 at Griffins Boxing and Fitness took place on Feb 17th! The winner of the 50/50 raffle was a Griffins member whose mom is a breast cancer survivor. She was excited to be able to give her winnings to her mom to put towards the purchase of a needed new fridge. In addition, another Griffins member donated 4 Canucks game tickets that were auctioned off that night with the proceeds being given to our team.
Congratulations to Griffins Boxing and Fitness for their 18 year Anniversary "Evening at Ringside" event which took place on April 27th! The winner of the 50/50 raffle was a familiar face. An important role, along with the other officials, he was the doctor on site. He very generously donated his winnings back to our team! Thank you Dr. Pawa!
The 85th Friday Night Fights was held June 2nd at Griffins Boxing and Fitness. Ten bouts with Griffins athletes represented in 4 of them. Congratulations to Tamara, Griffins member and mom to a "Little Boxer" who took part in the half-time show, on winning the 50/50 raffle!
It was a Fright-filled evening at Griffins Boxing and Fitness' 86th edition Fight Night on Friday, October 13th with plenty of Halloween decor and costumes. And did you know lightning can strike twice?? It did with Dr. Pawa's ticket (the onsite medic) being drawn for the second time. He first won back in April of this year and, once again, wanted to donate his winnings back to our team which we insisted he keep this time. Thank you for your most generous offer!
